Roseville Acupuncture and Massage accepts cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and flex spending. Most healthcare flex spending accounts (FSAs), and health savings accounts (HSAs), will cover acupuncture. I will gladly use your flex-spending card for billing or furnish a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
You may request out of network coverage from your insurance company, for which I will provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
We do accept Workers’ Comp, auto accident, and personal injury billing. Your caseworker or Workers’ Compensation Administration company must specifically authorize a request for acupuncture. Please provide this information at your first appointment for verification. A referral for acupuncture and, or, bodywork from a medical doctor, or a chiropractor, is sometimes helpful to ensure coverage.
